At July, we want you to completely love your new fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand the package to the designated shipping carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
